Clear Change™ 10 Day Program

The product supplement was tasty and filling, and wished it was a little less sweet tasting. The eating program itself was a little challenging and difficult to follow for me. Especially midway into the program, on Days 5, 6 7, to consume this product 4 times a day along with 3 meals, it was too much, so I only used the supplement 3 times during that time period. I would highly recommend this program to anyone! I feel amazing after completing the program, I have more energy, I've stopped having to blow my nose in the mornings, every morning for 30 minute constant steady flow has completely stopped for me (exciting!!), and my bloating stomach is gone. I'm now eating better and choosing healthier food choices for me. Thank you Metagenics Canada!
