Recommended Use: : Source of Curcumin, with enhanced plasma bio-availability for use as an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Provides antioxidants that help fight against (the cell damage caused by) free radicals. Helps support skin and nail health.
Recommended Dose: Adults mix 1 scoop (9 g) with 118-177 mL (4-6 fl oz) of hot water, warm milk, or warm almond or coconut milk and drink once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
